Lebo sweeps Seabury Academy

? Lebo High’s boys basketball team snapped Seabury Academy’s four-game winning streak Friday night with a 60-23 victory.

“It might be hard to believe, but that’s a team we definitely could beat,” Seabury coach Marcus Heckman said. “We held their two leading scorers to eight total points. For two quarters we played well defensively, but offensively we didn’t finish. That’s been our problem all year, especially in the games we’ve lost.”

Heckman said Seabury (5-7) had a hard time adjusting to the game’s rough style.

Lebo sank 13 of 34 free-throw attempts, while the Seahawks made 12-of-18.
