Area Boys: Chargers nip Wildcats

? Santa Fe Trail’s Cameron Babb scored 12 points in a 45-42 victory over DeSoto on Tuesday night at the Chargers’ gym.

SFT led 15-5 early, but DeSoto made a run and kept it close most of the way.

“DeSoto played well,” Chargers coach Brian Luther said. “We played well enough to win.”
