Mangino bask in the revelry at the Tangerine Jam, a pep rally for
Kansas University and North Carolina State University fans. Connie
is the mother of KU's head football coach Mark Mangino; Matt is his
brother. The Manginos, of New Castle, Pa., attended the Tangerine
Bowl festivities last weekend in Orlando, Fla.
