Garould E. Stanley
Services for Garould E. Stanley, 88, Lawrence, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Barnett Funeral Home, Oskaloosa. Private burial will be in Meriden Cemetery.
Mr. Stanley died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, at Eudora Nursing Center.
He was born October 22, 1915, in Meriden, the son of Cornelia T. and Gertrude (Cook) Stanley.
Mr. Stanley was a farmer. He had previously worked at the Pepsi-Cola plant and Allis Chalmers tractor company in Topeka.
He married Lillian V. Lyons Kampfer on March 15, 1977, in Lawrence. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include two stepsons, Ronald Kampfer, Pickway, and Gary Kampfer, Lawrence; a stepdaughter, Judy K. Livingston, Vinita, Okla.; 11 stepgrandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
