Saints receiver draws penalty with cell celebration

? New Orleans Pro Bowl receiver Joe Horn celebrated his second touchdown against New York Sunday by making a cell-phone call in the end zone.

After a 13-yard scoring reception in the second quarter, Horn ducked behind the goal post and took a cell phone from teammate Michael Lewis, who had pulled the phone from beneath the padding around the post.

Horn punched in numbers, put the phone to his ear and was speaking into it.

Horn’s surprising action cost the Saints 15 yards for unsportsmanlike conduct on the ensuing kickoff.

When Horn returned to the sideline, he was immediately confronted by Saints coach Jim Haslett, who was obviously unhappy with his receiver. Horn returned to the game on the Saints’ next possession.
