— Services for Connie L. Hedgepath, 63, McLouth, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at McLouth Church of the Nazarene.

Ms. Hedgepath died of natural causes Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at her home.

She was born Oct. 29, 1940, in La Cygne, the daughter of Arthur L. and Mary E. Smith LaMar. She graduated from McLouth High School in 1958 and had lived in McLouth for many years.

Ms. Hedgepath was an auto assembler at Fairfax General Motors plant in Kansas City, Kan. She retired this year after 31 years of service. She was a member of United Auto Workers Union Local 31 in Kansas City.

She married Melvin Hedgepath in 1959. They divorced in 1969.

Survivors include her mother, of the home; a daughter, Glenda Mills, McLouth; two sisters, Feona Bolinger, McLouth, and Betty Ann Shade, Atchison; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A longtime companion, Don Budenosky, preceded her in death.

Family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday at the church.

The family suggests memorials to the American Kidney Foundation or McLouth High School Booster Club, sent in care of Barnett Funeral Home, P.O. Box 416, Oskaloosa 66066.
