In the midst of polar bears, Bruce Scherting, director of exhibits at Kansas University's Museum of Natural History, and Kim Taylor, an exhibits painter, hoist a vacuum to clean scaffolding inside the museum's Panorama of North American Plants and Animals. Taylor had recently finished painting over a water spot in a section of the exhibit.
