Baldwin ? Baker University’s men’s soccer team has been ranked seventh in the NAIA preseason poll. The Wildcats were ranked No. 14 at the end of the 2002 season after playing in the national tournament.

Despite the loss of 10 players to graduation, coach Ron Pulvers believes this year’s team could be even better due to returning players like first-team all-Heart of America Conference forward Luke Parrott and a talented group of freshman.

“We have a lot of strong players returning to our best recruiting effort in my tenure,” Pulvers said. “This class is deep and very complete. We will have the material to be very effective.”
