To the editor:

I just wanted to thank you for publishing the wonderful journal that Abby Mills prepared for your readers. I read it today when I received my KU edition of the Journal-World. Abby’s journal took me back to “the Hill” like nothing I have read for many years. It made me feel like I was a student at KU again. It was such an honest, heartfelt vision into the life of a student.

I hope you give Abby more assignments similar to this one and utilize her prodigious writing talents. It was the best thing I’ve read in the Journal-World in a long time.

Congratulations to Abby and to the Journal-World for recognizing her. Best wishes to Abby in her career. She is sure to be a winner, because she already is one!
