TECUMSEH ? Lawrence High’s tennis team dropped two of three duals in a quad Tuesday at Shawnee Heights.

The Lions defeated Topeka Seaman, 3-1, but lost a pair of 3-1 decisions against Shawnee Heights and Topeka West.

No. 1 singles player Scott Elwell won two of his three matches, as did the Lions’ new No. 2 doubles team of Martin Vertacnik and Noah Welch.
