Cynda Diane Nelson
Graveside services for Cynda Diane Nelson, infant daughter of Mark E. Nelson and Lisa S. Hatter, both of Lawrence, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Cynda died Monday, April 21, 2003, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 12, 2003, in Overland Park.
Survivors include her parents; two brothers, John Nelson and LaMervin Nelson, both of Lawrence; six sisters, LaBertha Nelson, Emily Torres, Marka Nelson, Markisha West, Bria Cruse and Keyonna Reed, all of Lawrence; maternal grandmother, Faye Bell, Lawrence; paternal grandparents, John and Bertha Nelson, Lawrence; and great-grandmothers, Nancy Edwards, Lawrence, and Helen Kingcannon, Ottawa.
The family suggests memorials to the Youth Ministry at Ninth Street Baptist Church, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
