Helene Uhrich

Junction City ? Services for Helene Uhrich, 78, Junction City, will be at 11 a.m. today at St. Xavier Catholic Church in Junction City. Burial will be in Fort Riley Cemetery.

Mrs. Uhrich died Thursday, April 10, 2003, at St. Francis Health Center in Topeka.

She was born May 6, 1924, in Salzburg, Austria, the daughter of Johann and Katharina (Rettenbacher) Hallinger.

Mrs. Uhrich was a homemaker and member of St. Xavier Catholic Church.

She married Alexander Uhrich on May 10, 1947, in Salzburg. He died July 3, 1991.

Survivors include a son, Robert Uhrich, Lawrence; a daughter, Dolores Hallinger, Alexandria, Va.; and a grandchild.

A son, Richard Uhrich, died earlier.

Mass-Hinitt Funeral Chapel in Junction City was in charge of arrangements.
