Approve preliminary development plan subject to conditions and use restrictions:

  • Revised preliminary development plan for Briarwood PRD. This residential development contains approximately 20.22 acres. The property is generally described as being located north of Sixth Street and east of Folks Road. The revised plan requests changes to various building setbacks and open space allocations to reflect as-built conditions and ownership.
