He was born Aug. 23, 1978, the son of David and Kathy (Burch) Robbins. He graduated from Tonganoxie High School in 1996, where he was Homecoming king.

Mr. Robbins was manager of Jeffries Farm and Home Center in Bonner Springs.

Survivors include his mother, Holden, Mo.; his father and stepmother, David and Lisa Robbins, Bonner Springs; paternal grandparents, Ralph and Ruth Robbins, Tonganoxie; paternal stepgrandfather, Ronald Kampfer, Piqua; paternal stepgrandmother, Margaret Vestal, Tonganoxie; paternal stepgreat-grandmother, Lillian Stanley, Lawrence; two brothers, Frank Burch, Kansas City, Kan., and Erik Peltzman, Sacramento, Calif.; and two sisters, Brook Robbins, Kansas City, Mo., and Clarrissa McIntire, Holden, Mo.
