Lawrence Police are investigating a report of a student being sexually assaulted Friday at Free State High School.

The parents of a 15-year-old girl called police Saturday, Sgt. Mike Pattrick said. Because of the investigation police are not releasing any other details, including where the assault allegedly took place. There are no suspects.

The girl was not physically injured, Pattrick said.

Officials with Lawrence Public Schools said the district is cooperating with the police investigation.
