Omaha, Neb. ? Kansas University’s volleyball team beat Creighton, 30-22, 30-25, 30-15 in the Jayhawks’ season opener on Saturday. Abbie Jacobson had 16 kills, while Ashley Michaels and Sarah Rome had 11 and 10 respectively. Molly Scavuzzo had six kills and Josiane Lima five. Also, Lima had 13 digs, while Jennifer Kraft had 10, Rome nine, Andi Rozum seven and Jacobson six.
