Moulden

He was born Jan. 3, 1934, in Atchison, the son of Cleo Ernest and Edith L. (Keene) Moulden. A lifelong Atchison resident, he graduated from Atchison High School in 1952. He learned to be an electrician at a Kansas City vocational school.

Mr. Moulden worked for Kenworth Truck Co. and Mid-West Grain Products. After he retired in 1995, he worked part-time at Carrigan Lumber.

He was a Naval National Guard and Army Reserves veteran. He was a member of First Christian Church, Atchison Computer Club and Rushville Masonic Lodge No. 238, where he served in several leadership positions. He also had been a member of Mason Washington Lodge No. 5 and a Salvation Army volunteer.

He married Dolores Berry on Sept. 20, 1951, in Atchison. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include two daughters, Debby Frerichs, Lawrence, and Kimberly Moore, Pella, Iowa; and three grandchildren.

A Masonic Lodge service will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at Becker-Dyer-Stanton Funeral Home in Atchison, where family will receive friends until 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
