Law enforcement report

Someone caused $1,500 damage to a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse parked in the 800 block of Arizona Court, a Lawrence Police report said. The 19-year-old Lawrence woman who reported the damage said it occurred between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. Friday.

Burglaries and thefts reported

A 23-year-old female Kansas University student told Lawrence Police that someone removed her black Kate Spade purse from the 3200 block of Mesa Way. The theft occurred between 7:45 p.m. and 9:20 p.m. Thursday. The purse and its contents were valued at $1,915.

Condition reports

Ryan D. Galemore, 20, Olathe, was released Saturday from KU Med, Kansas City, Kan. Another Olathe man, Joshua I. Walton, 20, was in serious condition at KU Med. Both were injured Oct. 8 when their car collided head-on with a tractor-trailer on Kansas Highway 10 west of Eudora.
