Barbara J. “Bobbi” Downs

Wichita ? Services for Barbara J. “Bobbi” Downs, 67, Wichita, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Westlink Christian Church, Wichita. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Wichita.

Mrs. Downs died Friday, Oct. 18, 2002, at her home.

She was born Feb. 11, 1935, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of Harvey and Dorothy (Farmer) Smith.

Mrs. Downs worked as a waitress for the Wichita Club and The Petroleum Club.

She married Glenn Downs, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include four sons, Terry Downs, Wichita, Steve Downs, Murdock, Bill Downs, Bridgeport, Tex., and David Downs, Savannah, Ga.; a daughter, Debbie Farthing, Lawrence; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A son, Dave “Junior” Downs, died earlier.
