Jarett was born Feb. 19, 1987, in Hays, the son of Allan L. and Cindy L. (Martin) Worley.

He was a sophomore at Hays High School and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his parents, of the home; a sister, Sarah Worley, of the home; paternal grandparents, Robert and Velma Worley, Lawrence; and maternal grandparents, Stan and Marilyn Martin, Goodland.

Brock’s North Hill Chapel, Hays, is in charge of arrangements.
