Doors will open at 6 p.m. a week from today for Late Night With Roy Williams at Allen Fieldhouse.

Seating is first-come, first-served.

Admission is free, but fans are encouraged to bring canned foods, which will benefit area food shelters. Children 12 and under will not be admitted without an adult, and the fieldhouse doors will be closed when the arena reaches capacity.

The event, which is sponsored by Dillons Food Stores, features skits and entertainment by the KU men’s and women’s basketball teams. Pre-show entertainment will run from 6:30 to 9:40 p.m., and the teams will begin their performances approximately 10 p.m.

To cap off the evening, the KU men will hold a scrimmage at midnight. The theme of this year’s event is Mardi Gras, in conjunction with the 2003 Final Four being played in New Orleans.
