Kansas University athletic director Al Bohl and other KU officials will be traveling the state this summer to meet fans and talk about the 2002 football season.

The journeys began today with a visit to Garden City. The next stop will be Topeka on June 10, followed by Winfield on June 11 and Hutchinson on June 12.

On July 14, the contingent will be at the Ritz Charles in Overland Park. Also scheduled are Wichita on Aug. 15, Emporia on Aug. 20 and the Mill Creek Brewery in Kansas City, Mo., on Aug. 22.

Dates for trips to Dodge City and Salina haven’t been set.
