Lawrence High has been seeded fourth and will meet No. 5 seed Wichita Northwest in the first-round of the Class 6A baseball tournament at 11 a.m. next Friday in Maize.

The Lions will be in the same side of the bracket with No. 1 seed Hutchinson, which will meet No. 8 Shawnee Mission South at 1:30 p.m. Friday.

In the lower bracket, No. 2 Maize will battle No. 7 Olathe East and No. 3 Wichita Heights will collide with No. 6 Olathe North.

If the Lions win Friday, they’ll meet the Hutch-SM South winner at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The third place game is set for 3 p.m. and the championship for 5:30 p.m.
