Carlton-Gage

Angela Marie Carlton, Grain Valley, Mo., and Andrew Patrick Gage, Overland Park, were married Sept. 22, 2001, at Queen of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Overland Park.

The bride is the daughter of Clarence and Joyce Carlton, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Alice B. Gage, Columbia, Mo., and the late Richard W. Gage Sr.

Matron of honor was Michelle Martin. Best man was Bryan Hartman.

Bridesmaids were Karen Stallard, Donna Robinson and Sheilah Giles. Groomsmen were Richard W. Gage Jr., Michael Gage and Jeffrey Gatz.

Jessica Martin was flowergirl. Paul Blessing and Eric Martin were ushers.

A reception followed the ceremony at Deer Creek Golf Club in Overland Park.

The bride is a 1989 graduate of Lawrence High School. She graduated from Kansas University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and in 1996 with a bachelor’s degree in medical technology. She is a medical technologist for Research Medical Center, Kansas City, Mo.

The groom is a 1983 graduate of Walter Punas High School, Peekskille, NY. He graduated from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in international business. He earned a master’s degree in 1992 in business management from Webster University in Kansas City. He is an international sales manager for KanTech Industries in Overland Park.

The couple reside in Overland Park.
