Cosby honor to be underfoot

New York Bill Cosby had a practical question Friday when a plaque on NBC’s “Walk of Fame” was dedicated to him on the floor of the “NBC Experience” store in Rockefeller Center.

“Are people going to walk on me?” he asked. “Do I have to pay money to scrape gum off me?”

Cosby and two of his famous co-stars, Robert Culp of “I Spy” and Phylicia Rashad of “The Cosby Show,” watched together as the shiny gold plaque went on display.

“Thank you for remembering me,” he said. “I’m also happy to be accepting this trophy before I become incontinent.”

But he really wants to direct

Los Angeles Pop star Michael Jackson plans to direct his first movie.

The singer wants to make an adaptation of Jennings Michael Burch’s book “They Cage the Animals at Night,” The Hollywood Reporter said on Wednesday. The book chronicles the true tale of the author’s life in an orphanage and his struggles to adapt to life in various foster homes.

Jackson is expected to co-direct with Bryan Michael Stoller, who directed episodes of the 1980s horror series “Tales From the Darkside.”

Getting ready for Woody

New York When she agreed to do Woody Allen’s latest comedy, “Hollywood Ending,” Tea Leoni called Elisabeth Shue, one of the director-actor’s former co-stars.

“And from Lisa I got, ‘He’s a great kisser, do you get to kiss him?”‘ Leoni told reporters. “And I said, ‘Well, yes, it’s scripted at least twice I think.’ And she said, ‘Oh, throw in another.”‘

The 36-year-old actress plays 66-year-old Allen’s ex-wife in the film.

In “Hollywood Ending,” Allen is a washed-up director who develops psychosomatic blindness. The film also stars George Hamilton and Debra Messing.

A more revealing pregnancy

Los Angeles Internet pinup queen Cindy Margolis is giving admirers a sneak peek at her first pregnancy with a new photo series showing her bulging belly.

The blond actress-model is more than eight months pregnant. She appears in photos wearing a revealing negligee, lacy underwear and cuddling with her husband.
