The following construction projects may affect commuter traffic this week in the region:

Kansas Highway 7, near Lone Elm Road in Olathe, closed for bridge replacement and road reconstruction.

Westbound Interstate Highway 70 to Washington Street (U.S. Highway 24/40) exit ramp, closed for bridge repair. Detour posted.

Westbound Interstate Highway 70 to Fairfax Ramp Bridge, closed for bridge repair. Detour posted.

Westbound Interstate Highway 70 between Kansas-Missouri line and Minnesota Avenue, traffic reduced to one lane for bridge repair.

Eastbound lanes of Kansas Highway 32, Wyandotte County, closed for reconstruction. Traffic rerouted to westbound lanes.

Northbound U.S. Highway 75 from north end of West Gate Bridge over Kansas River to south end of bridge overpass on U.S. Highway 24, close to accommodate road reconstruction.

Southbound U.S. Highway 75 from south of 35th Street to the intersection of U.S. 75 and U.S. 24, closed for road reconstruction.

Inside lanes of westbound U.S. Highway 24, closed for reconstruction of ramp connecting to southbound U.S. Highway 75.

The following city construction projects may affect traffic this week:

New Hampshire Street, 900 block, traffic restricted to one lane each direction for Downtown 2000 project.

Riverridge Road, North Iowa to Michigan, closed for street rebuild and upgrade.

Crossgate Drive at 27th, closed for reconstruction of the box culvert.

Clinton Parkway at Hartford Avenue, intermittent lane closing and turning restrictions for turn lane addition and lengthening.

27th and Iowa, intermittent lane closures for intersection improvements.

23rd and Barker, intermittent lane closures for intersection improvements.

1700 block of Inverness Drive, one lane will be closed for concrete slab repair.

Orchard Lane near Centennial Drive, parking restricted for waterline installation.
