Thomas Heim Schroeder
Services for Thomas Heim Schroeder, 31, Lenexa, will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Private interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
He died of cancer on Saturday, March 23, 2002 at his home.
Mr. Schroeder was born Sept. 14, 1970, in Kansas City, Mo., the son of Richard and Marilyn (Heim) Schroeder. He lived in Lawrence most of his life before moving to Lenexa four years ago. He graduated from Kansas University in December 1997. He was employed as a civil engineer at Kaw Valley Engineering in Lenexa.
He married Marci Bussell on June 17, 2000, in Lawrence. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include a daughter, Erica Paige Schroeder, of the home; two sisters, Janie Schroeder, Belton, Mo., and Katherine Geeding, Raytown, Mo.; two brothers, David Schroeder and Dan Schroeder, both of Denver; his mother, Marilyn Schroeder, Topeka, and his father and stepmother, Richard and Noreen Schroeder, Independence.
