Letters to the Journal-World’s Public Forum are an important and enjoyable part of our Opinion Page. To accommodate as many letters as possible, the Journal-World has instituted a new 250-word limit for letters.

Letters may be submitted in person, by mail to the News Center, 645 N.H., Lawrence 66044 or by e-mail to letters@ljworld.com. Letters must bear the name, address and telephone number of the writer. The Journal-World reserves the right to edit letters.
