Burglaries and thefts reported

Someone broke into Endless Summer Tan, 2223 La., about 4 a.m. Wednesday. Lawrence Police responded after a burglar alarm was set off. They discovered a rock had been thrown through the front glass door to gain entry. Missing were several handmade necklaces. Losses and damage totaled $917.

A 44-year-old Lawrence man reported to police Tuesday that his bag of golf clubs was stolen from his garage in the 2800 block of Meadow Drive. Losses were listed at $1,680.
