Recycling conference offered at Emporia State University

The eighth annual Recycling and Composting Works! Conference will be March 19-21 at Emporia State University’s Memorial Union.

More than 300 city and county personnel, solid waste collectors and businesses involved with recycling and composting will attend sessions with national and regional speakers.
