A 21-year-old female KU student reported that someone removed stereo equipment and other items, valued at $2,050, from her vehicle while it was parked at her residence in the 1300 block of West Campus Road. A passenger-side window was damaged during the burglary, which occurred between 11 p.m. Wednesday and 8:45 a.m. Thursday. Damage was estimated at $250.

Police reports

 A black 1997 Mazda 626 was scratched between 4 p.m. Tuesday and 2 p.m. Wednesday somewhere in the city at large, a Lawrence Police report said. A 44-year-old Lawrence man reported the damage, which was estimated at $3,000.
