Gov. Bill Graves on Friday named three people to the Kansas Board of Regents.

The three:

Dick Bond, an Overland Park banker, and former president of the Kansas Senate. Bond has a law and undergraduate degree from Kansas University.

Donna Shank, a Liberal insurance company owner. Shank is a graduate of Wichita State University.

James Grier III, CEO of Eby Construction in Wichita. Grier is a graduate of Kansas State University.
