He was born April 5, 1949, in Topeka, the son of Robert and Shirley (Hall) Fazel. He graduated in 1967 from Lawrence High School.

Mr. Clark worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 20 years. He later did maintenance work for apartment complexes.

Survivors include three sisters, Suzette Beard, Waxahachie, Tex., Cheryl Fazel, Nashville, Tenn., and Candice Barkyoumb, Topeka; and two brothers, Steven and Michael Fazel, both of Topeka.
