Memorial services for Sally Sue Sutcliffe, 58, Lawrence, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Plymouth Congregational Church, Lawrence. Private inurnment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Sutcliffe died Monday, June 17, 2002, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She was born Nov. 24, 1943, in Kansas City, Mo., the daughter of E.D. and Lucille (Kaechell) Horne. She was a graduate of Chanute High School. She moved to Lawrence in 1981 with her husband.
In 1990, she started Mobility Products, Inc. The company sold accessibility products. She sold the company in 2001.
Mrs. Sutcliffe was a member of Plymouth Congregational Church, Lawrence Country Club, Alvamar Country Club, Chancellor’s Club at Kansas University and Friends of the Spencer Art Museum.
She married Terry J. Sutcliffe on June 15, 1963, in Chanute. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include a son, William J. Sutcliffe, Lawrence; a daughter, Rebecca S. Sutcliffe, Overland Park; and a grandchild.
The family suggests memorials to the American Lung Assn., sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
