Jayhawk Radio Network extends deal in 3 cities

The Jayhawk Radio Network has extended station-affiliation agreements in Lawrence, Kansas City and Topeka, ESPN Plus officials announced on Thursday.

The stations are KLZR 105.9 FM and KLWN 1320 AM in Lawrence; KMBZ 980 AM in Kansas City; and KMAJ 1440 AM in Topeka. They will continue to broadcast KU football and men’s basketball games, the Hawk Talk call-in shows and other associated programming.

KLWN and KMAJ also will broadcast KU women’s basketball games.

Lawrence’s Glass 19th

Las Vegas Lawrence bowler Robert Glass was in 19th place after the fourth round of the PBA Suncoast Senior World Championships on Thursday at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino. Glass had a 27-game pinfall total of 5,359. Henry Gonzalez leads with 5,759 pins.
