Entries are being accepted in the Lawrence Own Your Own art exhibition and sale, a benefit for the visual artists of the Lawrence community and Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center.

There is no entry fee. Work must be original and judging will be by slides. Two- and three-dimensional works are eligible.

Best of Show will receive $500; second place, $200; third place, $100; and honorable mentions, $50. Purchase awards will be available.

Entries must be delivered by July 1 at the Carnegie Library, the former Lawrence Arts Center, 200 W. Ninth.

The exhibit will be Sept. 27-Oct. 5.
