Presentations scheduled Sunday for 2002 Kaw Valley Eagles Day at the Douglas County 4-H Fairgrounds:

11 a.m.: "Who's at Home on the Prairie?" Thor Holmes, mammal curator at Kansas University's Natural History Museum.

Noon: "Bald Eagles Nesting in Kansas," Mike Watkins, wildlife biologist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

1 p.m.: "Kansas' Endangered Species," Bob Gress, director of the Great Plains Nature Center, Wichita.

2 p.m.: "Smart Snakes, Dumb People," Joe Collins, adjunct herpetologist for the Kansas Biological Survey.

3 p.m.: "Other Kansas Birds of Prey," Marty Birrell, director of Prairie Park Nature Center.

4 p.m.: "Songs of Life," Thunderbird Theatre, Haskell Indian Nations University.

Eagle-viewing excursions will be at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Clinton Lake. Meet at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers headquarters.
