Survivors include his parents, of the home; a sister, Michelle Horner, Lawrence; a brother, Michael Horner, Lawrence; his maternal grandparents, David and Joye Huston, Winchester; his paternal grandparents, Ralph and Thelma Horner, Oklahoma City; and his great-grandmother, Alice Horner, Eufaula, Ala.
The family suggests memorials to the birth center, sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
