She was born Oct. 4, 1918, in Clinton, the daughter of George and Katie (Proost) Owen. She was a graduate of Clinton High School.
Mrs. Finch was a machine operator for General Electric, Morrison, for 21 years before retiring in 1993.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Clinton.
She married Clifford Finch on Dec. 20, 1941, in Pineville, La. He died in 1971.
Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Ann Smith, Lawrence, Kan.; a son, William Finch, Clinton; a sister, Margaret Gates, Camanche, Iowa; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. to service time today at the funeral home.
