These include 20 winning seasons, 12 postseason invitations in the previous 15 years, and 11-20 win seasons in the last 12 years. These accomplishments have been realized at a university that lacked a women's basketball program until Coach Washington's arrival. Her success has provided Kansas University with an inspiration which could never be captured by these numbers. Given history's high propensity for repetition, Coach Washington and her nationally recognized program will no doubt meet with much success in the near future, led by her expertise, class and professionalism.
