He was born Feb. 11, 1924, in Tonganoxie, the son of Ezra and Lottie (Peterson) Freeman.
Mr. Freeman was a U.S. Army veteran, serving in World War II.
He had retired as a custodian at Tonganoxie schools.
He was a member of Tonganoxie Friends Church.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Tonganoxie Veterans of Foreign Wars Post or to Floyd Freeman Scholarship Fund, sent in care of funeral home, P.O. Box 993, Tonganoxie 66086.
