Mclouth — Shawn Howard scored 16 points and Aaron Swaggerty added 13 as Perry-Lecompton thumped Topeka Cair Paravel, 61-46, in the third-place game of the McLouth boys basketball invitational on Saturday.
Jared Swafford and Justin Zimmerman each added 10 points for the Kaws, who put it away with an 18-7 fourth quarter.
Perry-Lecompton's Aaron Swaggerty and Swafford were named to the all-tournament team.

McLouth Jefferson County North saw four players score in double figures Saturday while toppling McLouth, 71-42, in the fifth-place game of the McLouth Invitational boys basketball tournament.
Jonathen Babcock led all scorers with 18 points for JCN, followed by Cory Weishaar's 16, Cody Bonnel's 13 and Ty Nieman's 11.
Jeff North led 17-8 after the first quarter and 35-19 by halftime.
The Bulldogs were paced by Tyler Trackwell's 15 points and three players with seven points apiece.
