An employee of Tuckaway Apartments, 2600 W. Sixth St., told Lawrence Police that someone caused $3,200 damage to the front metal gates at the apartment complex between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m. Sunday.
Burglaries and thefts reported
A computer was taken from Battenfeld Scholarship Hall, 1425 Alumni Place, sometime between Jan. 6 and Sunday, the Kansas University Public Safety Office said. The computer was valued at $1,500.
