Burglaries and thefts reported
Someone broke out the driver's door window of a vehicle parked in the 900 block of Prescott Drive between 8:45 p.m. Thursday and 6:55 a.m. Friday and took a Sony CD player worth $300 and two 12-inch subwoofers valued at $800, a Lawrence Police report said. Damage to the window was estimated at $200.

Lawrence Police are investigating a report by a 31-year-old female employee of a lewd act at Miko Natural Luxuries, 13 E. Eighth St. about 2:20 p.m. Friday.
A 49-year-old Lawrence woman reported that someone caused $1,000 damage to her white 2000 Chevrolet S-10 pickup between 11:45 p.m. Friday and 10:20 a.m. Saturday while it was parked at her residence in the 1000 block of Mississippi Street.
