She was born Sept. 24, 1924, in Allendale, Mo., the daughter of Robert and Mabel (Killingsworth) Fletchall. She had lived in Kansas City, Kan., since World War II.
Mrs. Shannon worked as a bookkeeper.
She married Kenneth Shannon. He survives of the home.
Other survivors include two sons, Timothy M. Shannon, Kansas City, Kan., and Kenneth J. Shannon, McLouth; a daughter, Kathi J. Mullis, Lawrence; a stepson, Bernard Shannon, Lodi, Calif.; a stepdaughter, Janice Randolph, Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, Robert Fletchall, Gladstone, Mo.; a sister, Roberta Williams, Kansas City, Kan.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
