Burglaries and thefts reported
Merchandise worth $1,500 was taken between 5:44 p.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 30 from Target, 3201 Iowa. Stolen were a $500 RCA portable DVD player and two Panasonic DVD players valued at $500 each.
Sonic Drive-In reported the theft of a 2,000-pound Bergland Powerwasher with four links of hose and wand. The theft, valued at $1,750, occurred between 10 a.m. Jan. 1 and 8 a.m. Jan. 4 at the 3201 W. Sixth St. restaurant.
