James Harrington of Liberal has been named to the Wildlife and Parks Commission. He will serve a four-year term ending in June 2005.
Harrington is a doctor of osteopathic medicine, serving as chief of surgery at Southwest Medical Center in Liberal.
The commission serves in an advisory capacity in the formulation of policies and planning related to the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks.
