To the editor:
RE: Richard Heckler letter. Oh my gosh! What a surprise! A voice of reason AND viable alternatives to the damn-the-populace-development-at-any-price-mentality that's surrounded the SLT and 23rd Street issues for years.
AND it comes on the last day of 2001. Hopefully some of our politicians (local and state) will finally decide that reason and logic do have a place in government.
Oh, my what did I say?
I'm sorry there's no way that'll happen.
