Air Force 2nd Lt. Anthony Roberts is a distinguished graduate from electronic warfare officer training at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio.

He finished in the top 10 percent of his class.

Roberts will be assigned to the 20th Bomb Squadron at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier City, La. The lieutenant has served in the military for two years.

He graduated in 1992 from Perry Lecompton High School and received a bachelor’s degree in 1996 fromm Washburn University. Roberts is the son of Charles Roberts, Oskaloosa, and Pamela Bunn, Lawrence.

Air Force Airmen Andrew Moore and Bryan Mudrow have graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.

Moore is a 2001 graduate of DeSoto High School. He is the son of Samuel and Melissa Moore, DeSoto.

Mudrow is a 2001 graduate of Lawrence High School. He is the son of Betty and Jess Ware, Lawrence.
