Deay services

He was born on July 25, 1901, in the Clearfield area, the son of Romie and Nellie May (Keller) Deay. He grew up and attended school in the Clearfield area.

Mr. Deay was a farmer in the Vinland area for several years in addition to working at Hercules Powder Company, DeSoto, from 1951 to 1954. In 1969, he moved to Baldwin and retired from farming. He then went to work at Palmyra Township. He worked there until 1979.

He was a member of Baldwin Church of Christ.

He married Margaret Craig on Dec. 25, 1933, in Baldwin. She survives of the home.

Other survivors include several nieces and nephews.
